Very pleased all round. All done over phone with very easy to talk to lady with answers to my questions. Delivery in a few days and the delivery team were very pleasant and professional. They fitted new one in and took away all packing and old appliance.The machine works just fine and all in all a very pleasant transaction with a very pleasant team. I would happily recommend them to my friends.

Liebherr T1810 Under Counter Fridge
This is the first time we've used FT Refrigeration, and what excellent service. Very helpful and informative in-store, and once we'd ordered we were kept up to date with emails and phones calls. Very friendly staff, from Sales Assistant to the delivery guys.First rate service, we'll definitely use them again for future kitchen appliances.

Outstanding customer service
Had to order emergency replacement machine for tenanted property whilst overseas on vacation.A thorough search flagged this machine as a strong contender. With delivered price price flat across all etail portals the differentiator for provider was service and flexibility.FTR appliances were exceptionally helpful and in a coulple of emails we had a plan of action to coordinate delivery and install.Turnaround was very rapid - tenant was very appreciative. Thank you again to FTR. I have also received very positive comments regarding the machine too!
